Activities and events; thoughtfully designed to enhance your visit to Arley Estate.
Our activities and events are specifically designed to remain in keeping with the natural beauty of the Arboretum and wider Estate whilst giving you the chance to explore and engage with your surroundings. From play areas to Christmas Parties you will find something for everyone.
Although the Arboretum will be closed in January and February 2025 to ensure necessary maintenance to our trees is done, the tearoom will be open this year!
You do need to visit the Arboretum to enjoy our homemade treats in the tearoom.
There are various walks in the area including the stunning Arley Circular, access to the North Worcestershire Path, river walks and access to areas of the Wyre Forest.
Dogs on leads are welcome in the tearoom, and free parking (9am-5pm) is available on the Arboretum carpark.

Use your compass (given as a gift to keep) to identify your direction of travel to help you find controls hidden around the Arboretum.

Join us this winter at Arley House and Arboretum for our Christmas Fair on the 23rd November 2024! We’ve got a fantastic range of handmade goodies from talented independent sellers – think hand-crafted wooden decor, beautifully painted pottery, delicate jewellery, and loads more!
And that’s not all! We’re also hosting some fun workshops where you can get crafty yourself. Try your hand at making macrame tree decorations, fused glass candle holders, recycled origami garlands and soap making.
Entrance to the fair is free.
