Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Arley Arboretum & Gardens Ltd and yourself.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations and Transfers

Your tickets are none refundable and none transferable; unless you have mitigating circumstances. In this case please email us at arboretumandtearoom@arleyestate.co.uk and we will resolve this with you directly.

Online Booking

Once purchased Annual Passes need to be used in line with the Terms and Conditions, you will receive a copy of these with your Pass(es).  No Annual Pass may be resold.

Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

Vouchers

Once purchased Vouchers are valid for one year and need to be used in line with the Terms and Conditions, you will receive a copy of these with your voucher(s). No vouchers may be resold.

Severn Valley Railway

Discount for entrance to the Arboretum is valid for your day of travel on the Severn Valley Railway only. You will need to show your Severn Valley Ticket on arrival to the Arboretum as proof of travel on the Severn Valley Railway. If you you do not have this available you may be asked to pay the difference in savings for Arboretum admission.
